I need to change my cassette on my specialized enduro by i cant find the size, when i look to buy online there is a choice of a 11-32 or a 11-34,what is the difference and how do i find the size of the existing one as there is no visible markings on the cassette!!!

Easy: count the teeth on the largest and the smallest sprockets.
Difference: larger sprockets make it easier to climb. Problem: chain could be too short or dérailleur capacity could be to small. Look at e.g. Sheldon Brown's homepage for definitions.
