This is the reincarnation of my buddy's Hardrock. He had upgraded his Hardrock so heavily that the frame was no longer worthy of the components. So we stripped it down and built it up into this beauty.

All XTR deraillers and shifters.
LX crank
XT hubs DT swiss hoops
rock shox tora 302 fork
Hayes hyro brakes

He is very happy with it.

It really is a sweet bike. He just bought some Hope mono-mini hydraulic disc brakes to upgrade the hayes hyro's he had on there. Pictures coming soon.
