My front suspension is too hard.

As the topic title says, its too hard.
I have tried to take the whole suspension off and put much oil and stuff in it, but It didnt help. And turning these thing around on the suspensions is not taking effect IMO..
I got trek 4300

sorry for the dirt... had good race few days ago.

Not sure what you did to the fork. Do you have an owner's manual? You might find some info here: http://www.rst.com.tw/techsupport.asp

I took this things out, cleaned up, oiled them and putted back. Was hoping it will help, but not.
And I found that it says hard spring on the fork... Sad
