It could be a spoke or it could be the wheel bearing.
A cracked ball bearing will make a clicking sound.
Go round the spokes by squeezing pairs together. Any that are loose will show up, when compared to others. Loose spokes will also sound different when tapped.
Does it do all the time?
Does it do it only when pedalling?
Clicking noises can come from other parts of the bike:- bottom bracket, pedals, seatpost, etc.

Ride hard or ride home alone!
