Cyclocross Rims?
#1
Is it possible to swap out a 25 mm tire for a 29 or 32 mm CX tire and use the same rim? I've been thinking about venturing into CX riding but I can't justify spending a ton of money.

probably - depends how wide the rims are on the inside. See: http://sheldonbrown.com/rim-sizing.html

more important is likely to be the clearance on your bike: frame, fork, brakes
