Gila RST shock repair
#1
My girlfriend has a trek 4300 with Gila RST front shocks. They are stiff after 2 years. How do I grease them?

Same problem here with the same bicycle. But I have tried everything to make them softer. But you can try to take out the suspension, clean it and oil and put it back, thats what I did last time.

What year fork is it?
I'm downloading the manual right now. Will give it a read through and see what the deal is.

Never mind, none of the links are working right now. I'll get back to you.
