What are cleats?

Hello

I am looking to buy the pedals from the links below. One says with cleats and the other says without cleats.

What do cleats mean?

Thanks

cleats are the piece that bolts to your shoe

that locks your foot to the pedals

... and unless you're buying Used, cleats come with (NEW) pedals, not the shoes. Sometimes an ad for pedals won't mention it assuming that others already know that. Always best to iron out the details when dealing with FleaPay sellers. Smile
