GRX chainrings compatible?
#1
Does anyone know if the chainrings from the FC-RX600-11 (46-30T) will fit on the FC-RX810-2 (48-31T) crank?

Thanks!

Hey, Tristan.
Check out this PDF from Shimano on GRX groupset's compability. As far as I know, both cranksets have 110/80 BCD which is a fit.

p.s. what bike do you have? Wink

Thanks for the answer,

Someone else mentioned the 810 uses T30 8x9mm chainring bolts. 600 use M8 8x8.5 bolts.

I ride a Trek Checkpoint SL6, came with everything Ultegra, and switched my crank, FD and RD to Shimano GRX components. I do enjoy the versatility of a 2x.

I also run 50mm Panaracer GK SKs 700c tires tubeless at 24 PSI, one of the aspects for getting the bike was the ability to run wider tires, what a lovely ride!

All I'm missing is a threaded BB in all honesty, I keep the BB well serviced and greased really well, seems to work without any issues for now. But does require regular maintenance, I enjoy riding in the mud, so gotta take care of the bike.

The GRX 600 is a very good crank too, I do like it, good price too.

Oh, did not even think about considering bolts. Do you have any updates on the crankset situation?

SL6 is a beauty! Matt black? And was it originally 50/34T? Gravel bike purchase has assuredly been one of my top3 decisions this year, can proudly look back at it Big Grin So I am on the same boat with shredding mud and strict bike maintenance.
