Derailleur not shifting
#1
My rear derailler doesn't shift with the lever. I can get too move with the derailler itself, but I cant get it out of 7 gear. There is no tension on the thumb levers at all. How can I fix this problem?

Hi Tim,
It sounds like one of the pawls inside your shifter might be gummed up (just a guess). I would try squirting some light oil (like TriFlow) into the shifter body to try and flush it out. Watch this video for some more tips.
