I have question about hub grease/crankset/headset

I live in Las Vegas, and don't ride in rain ever. How often shall someone Re-grease those major points? Once a year? every 6 months? I put about 80-100 miles a week on my bike. A trek FX 7.5

Hi Matt,

Your hubs should be greased most often, as they are spinning the most. At the rate you ride I'd say to take a look at your hubs every 6 months or so, and your bottom bracket and headset every year.
