Is 200 a good price for this trek 1400?

https://newyork.craigslist.org/stn/bik/d/staten-island-trek/7138506718.html

I'm not too familiar with bikes. I just want something to ride 15-20 miles a day wkth for exercise. I know the wheel/tire options are limited with this, but will I completely regret the size of these tires (in regards to how skinny they are)? Also, is 58cm too big? I'm about 5'11 200 pounds. I've ready it varies by bike brand and type. Some people my height prefer 58cm but some prefer 52-54. I appreciate any and all help!

Thanks in advance!

vintage for sure, no problem with that but look it over really well, make the drivetrain is not worn out, make sure there are no dents or dings in the rims and are true, if it needs tubes, tires, bartape, etc.. these things ad up fast. if the wheels are bad that will be a BIG hit in the pocket. As far as size goes. ride it and make the call, the geometry of a vintage bike is quite different than the new stuff. I would guess you more suited to 56ish so it may work for you depending on what feel you like

Thank you so much! I'm just gonna pass. I'm just really trying to buy a bike asap since I need to keep up with my cardio besides running. But I don't wanna rush into something, especially if it may give me issues or something. Appreciate the response!
