Where to buy components for vintage bikes in Canada?

I'm in need of a stem, seat post, and brake levers for my bike, but I've come up dry looking locally.

I'm looking for the following items:

28.6mm seat post in chrome, 300mm - 350mm long. Just the 'standard' style, last thing I need is any setback.

22.2mm diameter quill stem in chrome, with very little reach. Something longer than 230mm up to a maximum of 370mm. Preference to one with a double-bolt clamp for the handlebar so I won't need to remove a grip to install the handlebar onto the stem.

Two flat bar brake levers in chrome. If older brake levers came in white or red, I'd consider those, too. These would be the type that could be installed without needing to remove a grip.

If you have not yet tried your area's Craigslist and similar sites, then I would check listings posted accordingly.
EBay type sites would be my next recommendation, although not a favorite (higher item and shipping costs), most parts (even specific brands and models) are more readily available both new and used.
Take care,
Jesper
