News on the Pre-Lube for Chains...
#1
Hey all I just wanted to share that I have been researching the availability of that stuff they put on chain from the factory and KMC seems making theirs available for sale here is what they wrote....

Hi Bill,

Thank you for your email.

For pre-lubrication, it is made by KMC and we will have it available late this year. For now, you can use the normal one in the market, there should be no problem.

For chain maintenance, you can use a cloth to wipe out the dirt and dust, then apply some grease on the chain surface. Wipe out some if you apply too much. It would be good to go.

Let me know if you have nay question. Thank you.

Which is great news atleast to me lol.
Good maintenance to your Bike, can make it like the wheels are, true and smooth!

Hey there Surely,

For some they believe it is the best stuff you can get. As far as I know the chain manufacturers do not market it because of its grade and quality. It may be expensive then again it may not. Whatever they use to package the chain in is rather awesome stuff.I'm not really an expert in that area just know that the chains I have bought had rather good lubricant on them. It is really unknown when ZMC will market it, but if there is money to be made I probably would guess soon.

Cheers Bill
