The icons on this site (in both tutorial comments and forum profiles) are managed by Gravatars. Basically all you have to do is set up an account and upload a profile image using the same email you use to comment and post forum topics on BicycleTutor.com. A lot of other blogs and forums are using the Gravatar service to manage profile images, so it's worth setting up.
