7AM- 70 Degrees!
#1
Just got back from an 8 mile ride to the store & back, I could feel the slight chill leave the air & the temp climb as I rode. Yesterday I rode down to the post office real quick to catch the 5PM mail, I'm sitting down afterwards & feeling not quite right. All of the sudden I realize I'm friggin' cookin'. I checked the temp, 102!
A/C on, fan pointed straight at me, Shaved Ice Tea flavored punch whipped up in the blender, head stuck under the shower head for a quick blast & all is well. You've gotta watch that heat.

hydrate my friend.

Adult human males should be consuming approximately 3 litres of water per day.

Your kidding !!!

Last summer in China, we rode 17 miles around Songshunhu - it was 95°F/95%rH - I put away a LOT more than 3 litres of water that day.

Holy cow! Yes definitely drink water, if you still feel low on energy make up something equivalent to electrolytic drink.
Good maintenance to your Bike, can make it like the wheels are, true and smooth!

I'll be da*ned, I've never heard that. Good find!
I am Jef with one f. At the range they would call "Jeff!" on the P.A. & two of us would respond, so the range master started calling me 1F as he'd seen the spelling on a scorecard.
No Pixies when I lived in England, Top of The Pops was spewing out Bay City Rollers (I still remember them lip sync'ing "The Night Chicago Died"), Cliff Richards was everywhere & the Old Grey Whistle Test was wallowing in rapture over Tubular Bells.
