Just figured I would throw this in as a long time ago member BikeCrazyAgain told me to check uot this book "Mud, Sweat, and Gears". Really a good book to read and shows how a whole family takes a tremendous trip. Anyone else know of any to share?

First two look pretty interesting, last one erm well a big mess at this time and not really following the story. Definitely will be a good read for those interested.

They're all of a similar ilk really Bill, they're all about the shady side of professional cycling and performance enhancing drugs, particularly in the mainland Europe scene. I found the David Millar and David Walsh books the most interesting, the Paul Kimmage book, while still good, is perhaps a little dated now.

I don't know if you can get this in the US, but it's an interesting listen if you can: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01ngqxd

Looks like I can view it, I will keep an open mind as I do with everything and listen. To be fair and not take side I will say if the accusers did catch them red handed then that a bad thing to cheat. Will also say that if the accused are truly innocent then bad on the ones who spiced things up to keep themselves out of trouble for pointing fingers. What makes things hard is to believe those who also supposedly used "doping" as credible evidence, or paid off parties involved. Like would you believe a drug dealer that was testifying against his "competition" on the other side of town? Or maybe the paid off official who was convicted of accepting bribes? All I am saying is when trying to figure out the truth concrete evidence is a circumstantial thought to process when so many variables are involved.
