Suntour XCR 32 suspension setup
#1
Hi all. Dumb question from a rookie. Setting up the new arrival MTB and it has remote lockout (Suntour XCR 32 w RSLO Lockout) suspension, 1st time dealing with that. Managed to set all the details into their places, slid the cable through the suspension top cap (the lid on the top of stanchion or how you call it) but there's no grip. I turn on the lockout from the remote, then unlock with the remote button and the cable gets loose. Any help??

Nono, it's a tiny screw and you have to screw it in order to tighten up the cable (to have it fixed and not moving). Most likely you need a 1mm hex key. I have it on my small multi tool. Do you have such hex key?
