Man you are a bike magnet. :-))

Frame looks in good shape, could not find much info on Concord bikes. What do the labels on it say?
What brand components?(brake)

Why do you want to replace the crank? It may just be possible to remove the inner gear.If thats the issue.

nice looking ride. the crank does look massive like a 52 or 53. i'm not an expert on fixies but i see the guys around here on smaller chainrings. i run a 55t on my bike but its an 8 speed internal hub gear.

lol. There aren't any labels on it. It looks as though someone was preparing it for painting. The brakes are dia compe. I will probably chop the bars. Yes, I wanted to remove the inner gear but it rides better after I tightened the chainring. I would ride it to work today but we got more snow last night. I have several bikes in various stages of development. My cousins teases me that none are comparable to his new BHS which costs him about $2,000 and he still plans on upgrading everything. I enjoy tinkering with old bikes and he simply goes to the shop and gets what he wants put on.

Looks like a fun one, I am hoping to do a fixie as my next project bike. The wife only allows me one project at a time though so for now it will have to wait.
